A planned gift is a way you can demonstrate your personal commitment to support those served by Presbyterian SeniorCare Network.

You help ensure that the next generation of seniors will have access to the high-quality, compassionate care that has been the hallmark of Presbyterian SeniorCare Network since 1928.

A well-planned gift can:

  • Provide significant income tax deductions
  • Reduce or eliminate capital gains taxes
  • Reduce estate taxes for you or your heirs

To design a gift that both benefits Presbyterian SeniorCare Network and best suits your needs, we recommend that you meet with an attorney or financial advisor who specializes in estate planning. We can work with you and your advisor to help plan for the future and realize your maximum benefits today.

HOW DONATIONS ARE USED

Your gift to Presbyterian SeniorCare Foundation helps the residents of Presbyterian SeniorCare Network in a number of ways.

Here are some of the ways your gift makes a difference:

CHARITABLE CARE — care for which a resident is no longer able to pay, which includes expenses for housing and personal care. Charitable care has been at the heart of our mission since 1928.

Our personal care residents continue to live with dignity because of charitable care. We are proud of the fact that we have never asked a resident who has outlived his or her resources to leave because of an inability to pay.

CAPITAL AND PROGRAM IMPROVEMENTS — funds to maintain or improve the physical buildings in which our residents live or the programs we offer to keep older adults living positively.

AREAS OF GREATEST NEED — unrestricted gifts that give us the flexibility to use the funds where they are needed most.
